Clearing the air of rumours that the film Maalai Nerathu Mayakkam is actually a continuation of his dropped film which had the same title, Selvaraghavan tweeted that there was no connection between the two. He said that his wife’s debut flick had nothing to with the earlier one, that was supposedly a Dhanush starrer. “My wife @Geethanjali Selva’s #maalainerathumayakkam has nothing to do with my earlier project starring dhanush. She loved that title so I gave it away,” he said. After the ill-fated big budget Irandaam Ulagam with Arya and Anushka, Selva has been on the scripting trail with movies set with stars like STR.
