Veteran actor Anand Raj has sought to put an end to rumours on his health that have been doing the rounds for quite some time now. Recently, rumours started doing the rounds that the actor was unwell and that he had passed away!
To put an end to the problem, the actor first issued a statement that he was hale and hearty. Next, he turned up for work. The actor, who is at present shooting for the film Vallavanukku Vallavan, was accorded a warm
welcome by the entire film unit, including the film's hero, Bobby Simha.
Sources present on the occasion said the actor was, in a way, thankful that such an incident had occurred. The source said, "The rumours made several friends and well wishers worried. They called the actor out of concern."
Sources quoted Anand Raj as saying that in a way, he was glad this incident had occurred as it had made him understand the love and concern several friends and well wishers had for him.
