The much-awaited trailer of the Simbu-Manjima Mohan starrer Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada was released to everyone’s excitement. The response was quite overwhelming as within hours of its release, it clocked more than a lakh views.
The trailer opens with a narration from Simbu, a typical style of Gautham Menon's, introducing STR as a happy-go-lucky guy, who is in love. With a series of unexpected twists and turns, the trailer is laced with elements of friendship, romance and action sequences.
One may recall that Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada is the title of the song from the MGR-starrer Mannadhi Mannan (1960), which was a hit then. The title translates to 'fear refers to foolishness'. Going by the trailer, we can see that it’s the apt title for the movie.
The highlight of it is the double Oscar-winner A R Rahman’s background score. Thalli Pogathey is already a chartbuster and a superhit with the Tamil audience.
