Bhaskar Oru Rascal, the Tamil remake of Bhaskar the Rascal, is nearing completion, and we hear all the dialogue portions have been shot.

According to a source, the team will soon be off to Maldives to shoot the last song of the film. Latest information is that director Siddique is planning to remake the film in Hindi and word is that Sanjay Dutt is the front-runner to reprise Mamootty’s role.

However, there’s no official confirmation on this. Siddique has earlier remade Bodyguard with Salman in Hindi.

While child artiste Raghav (who was seen in Pa Paandi) will play Arvind Swami’s son, Meena’s daughter Nainika who rose to fame with Theri will play Amala’s daughter. “The Tamil remake will be high on action and humour,” adds the source. Bhaskar Oru Rascal will also have Soori, Robo Shankar and Ramesh Khanna providing comedy relief.
