After the success of Mersal and Spyder, SJ Suryah is busy with a number of projects in which he’s playing the lead. Apart from Nenjam Marappathillai, which is ready to hit the screens, the actor has Iravaakaalam, and also a film produced by Karthik Subbaraj, which SJ Suryah may direct too.
The latest update is that he will be seen in a film by Nelson Venkatesan of Oru Naal Koothu fame, that’ll be produced by SR Prabhu.
Talking about the untitled project, Prabhu says, “The film will be a family entertainer that kids will enjoy. We’re yet to finalise the cast and crew. Once we do that, we’ll start shooting likely from mid January.”
Prabhu, whose film Aruvi is releasing this week, is also producing Surya’s next that’s to be directed by Selvaraghavan. “That film, too, will commence in January and be ready for a Diwali release,” adds Prabhu.
