Vijay Sethupathi and Lakshmi Menon are likely to work again in an untitled flick directed by Panneerselvam of Renigunta (2009) fame. It was reported that Ritika Singh, was roped in to play the female lead; but Lakshmi might be replacing her. Official confirmation is awaited. Bobby Simha plays the baddie and Imman will be composing music.
“It’s a village-based film that has action and romance. Vijay sports a different look. He’ll join us soon after he finishes shooting for KV Anand’s Kavan.The filmmaker is planning to shoot the entire movie in one long schedule,” said a source.
This yet-to-be-titled project will be produced by AM Ratnam under his home banner Shri Sai Raam Creations.
