Vikram Vedha, which was released last week, has been garnering positive response from both the audience and critics. And now, a few reports suggest that the film  may be going to Bollywood, but Pushkar clarifies that “everything is still in nascent stages.”

He says, “Honestly, wife and I didn’t expect this kind of overwhelming reception to the film. Naturally, when a project becomes a hit in some language, it has chances of being picked up by other languages.”
Will he direct the Hindi version? “Our producer Shashikanth of Y Not Studios has been in talks with a few renowned people in Bollywood. We have also got offers from other languages like Kannada and Telugu.

But we need time to think how the film is going to be set up there. I think by the end of next week, we’ll have a clear picture. We’re pretty laid-back, and we take our own time to finalise things. As a team, we need to discuss with Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi. Their opinion also matter,” he smiles.
