Iswarya Menon, who’s awaiting the release of Krishna-starrer Veera, has almost been finalised as the heroine for Thamizh Padam 2.0.
A source close to the film unit says, “The information hasn’t been made official yet, but yes, talks are on.”
The source also adds that the makers will start shooting in Chennai from December 11. “We’re are planning to finish the shooting in a single schedule. We’ll take a break for Christmas and Pongal. If everything goes well, we’ll be wrapping up half the portions by February next year, and head abroad for the rest.”
Produced by Sashikanth of Y-Not Studios, Thamizh Padam 2.0, directed by CS Amudhan, will have Shiva in the lead.
