Filming of the major portions of Nayanthara’s upcoming action-thriller Imaikkaa Nodigal are complete, and the team is now busy with dubbing.
Deepa Venkat, who has dubbed for Nayanthara for films like Thani Oruvan and Raja Rani, has been roped in for this project as well.
Directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu of Demonte Colony fame, Imaikka Nodigal marks the acting debut of Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap in Kollywood.
While Nayanthara plays the Superintendent of Police in CBI, Atharvaa will be seen as a doctor and Raashi Khanna plays his love interest. The film, which is likely to hit screens by the end of the year, has music by Hip-hop Tamizha Aadhi and cinematography by RD Rajashekhar.
