The audio of Arya 2, the sequel to Allu Arjun’s blockbuster Arya, was unveiled with a lot of fanfare at Rock Heights, in the city on Sunday evening.

The function was full of life and the audience loved it when actor Shraddha Das crooned along with Devi Sri Prasad.

The lead cast of Allu Arjun, Navdeep and Kajal Agarwal joined the band, throwing in a brief dance performance.

Nagababu and Prabhas unveiled the audio CD, while Rajamouli and VV Vinayak received the first batch. Dil Raju, Maganti Babu, Seenu Vytla, Varun Sandesh, Aryan Rajesh and Meher Ramesh formally launched each song in the album.

The venue was jampacked much before the function had started, forcing the audience to stand even in the VVIP enclosures. Prominent guests included Prabhas, Dil Raju, Aryan Rajesh, Varun Sandesh, Rajamouli, VV Vinayak, Naga Babu, MLA Maganti Babu, Vidya and others.

T he show was marred by technical glitches. Devi Sri Prasad lost his cool and walked off the stage at one point.

Dil Raju who had produced Arya in 2004 released the first song from the movie.

With Allu Arjun’s last movie being Parugu which was released quite some time back, this movie is being eagerly looked forward to by movie enthusiasts and fans alike.
