NEW DELHI: Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday appointed Virender Singh Rathore and Rajesh Lilothia as AICC secretaries for Bihar.

''Congress president Rahul Gandhi has appointed Mr Virender Singh Rathore and Rajesh Lilothia as AICC secretaries for Bihar with immediate effect, ''AICC general secretary Ashok Gehlot said in a release.
