FROM August 14 to 28, a food festival is happening at Hotel Pankaj. Walk in between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. or between 7 p.m and 11 p.m., you will be treated to wide variety of biriyanis.
The highlights will be the seafood biriyani, a combination of seafood and rice garnished with dry fruits, the fish moti biriyani that is made with fish balls, almond, Pistachio, sultanas and saffron, squid biriyani, Sindhi Lahori biriyani an authentic Pakistani style Biriyani made with chicken, potatoes and dry plums, and the meat moti biriyani, a dum biriyani made with meat balls almonds, pistachio, sultanas and saffron.
Also on the table will be the chicken moti biriyani, Hyderabadi chicken biriyani, Malabari chicken biriyani, Kashmiri Yakhni Biriyani, Malabari mutton biriyani, Hyderabadi mutton biriyani, mixed meat biriyani, beef biriyani, egg biriyani, paneer moti biriyani, Chettinadu mushroom biriyani, shabnam biriyani and Hyderabadi vegetable biriyani.
Apart from the above, Pankaj offers 10 percent special discount on all other Ala-carte dishes at Sandhya Fine Dining restaurant from August 14 to September 7.
There will be a special Onam Sadhya on September 1, 2 and 3.
