MUMBAI: Rheema Khan, wife of Pune Stud farm owner Hasan Ali Khan, today appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) following a directive from the Bombay High Court.
"Rheema appeared before the ED and she was questioned.
The question and answer session was video graphed," said her lawyer I A Bagaria.
According to ED sources, Rheema Khan was questioned about the bank accounts held by Hasan Ali Khan and her. As per the charge sheet, Rheema had an account with a Swiss bank but it was never operated and later closed.
Hasan Ali Khan is in judicial custody in connection with money-laundering and tax evasion cases and also facing criminal cases under the Passport Act for allegedly possessing six passports.
