SP leader's daughter-in-law found dead in Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar

Thirty-five year old Babita, the daughter-in-law of local SP leader Kullan Devi, was found dead in her house in Kotwali police station area here, the police said.

MUZAFFARNAGAR: The daughter-in-law of a Samajwadi Party leader was today found dead, with the police suspecting that she might have committed suicide.

Thirty-five year old Babita, the daughter-in-law of local SP leader Kullan Devi, was found dead in her house in Kotwali police station area here, the police said.

Police have also recovered a country-made pistol, which was lying near her body, they said.

The reason behind the suspected suicide is not known yet, the police said, adding an investigation is on.
