Beirut, Dec 6 (AFP) Russian air strikes killed 21civilians early today in a village held by the Islamic Stategroup near the Euphrates River in eastern Syria, a monitorsaid.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said at leastnine children were killed in the bombing raids which struck aresidential block in the village of Al-Jerzi.(AFP)AMS.
