Injury scare for Darren Bravo during KKR practice

KOLKATA: Former champions Kolkata Knight Riders today faced an injury scare when their West Indies recruit Darren Bravo was hit by a rising delivery at the nets.

A new addition to the squad, the left-hander was hit on his right forearm by a short ball from Ankit Rajpoot and he was soon grimacing in pain.

According to team sources, the injury is not serious and he did not bat again at the nets as a precautionary measure.
