NELLORE: Urging people to vote for the Praja Rajyam Party (PRP), its president Chiranjeevi has said it is the only party that can bring a positive change in the socio-economic conditions of the people.

It is committed to the cause.

Addressing roadshows in Kavali and Nellore city today, Chiranjeevi said the TDP and Congress governments had neglected the needs of the people. “Voters should see this elections not as a fight among political parties for power but a battle against corrupt forces,’’ he said.

Chiranjeevi appealed to the people to defeat the `corrupt’ Congress and TDP, which had done nothing to improve the living standards of the people.

The Grand Alliance lacked credibility as it had no specific agenda.

People should carefully think before exercising their right to vote. ``If you vote for the PRP, we assure you good governance and promise to implement every welfare scheme,’’ he said.
