Akhilesh Yadav urges CM Chandrababu Naidu to unite Opposition parties

Akilesh Yadav dialled Naidu days after the latter met BSP leader Mayawati in New Delhi as part of his efforts to unite all non-BJP parties at the national level.

VIJAYAWADA: Lauding the move of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to bring all the non-BJP parties on a single platform, former Uttar Pradesh chief minister and Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav has urged Naidu to take steps to unite all the non-BJP parties at the national level using his political image.

In a telephonic interaction with Naidu, Yadav assured that his party will support the TDP chief’s  move. The SP chief also lauded Naidu for developing AP in the past four-and-half years.

On his part, Naidu accused the Narendra Modi government of bringing the nation on the verge of economic collapse.
