BANGALORE: Two candidates who appeared for the II-PU examination on Friday were caught for impersonation by the PU board’s special squad. One student from a PU college in Davanagere and Chitradurga each were caught and debarred from the exami nation.

A total of 124 students were debarred on Friday.

The district wise break up is: Bangalore North-6, Bangalore South-3, Bellary-3, Belgaum-26, Bagalkot-3, Bijapur- 12, Bidar-3, Davengere- 1, Chitradurga-2, Gadag- 5, Haveri-9, Dharwad-5, Gulbarga-10, Hassan-1, Kolar- 16, Mysore-1, Koppal-8, Raichur-8, Shimoga-1 and Chikballapur-1.
