BANGALORE: The state government on Tuesday posted senior IAS officer Meera Saxena as the Development Commissioner.

In a minor reshuffle of IAS officers, the state government transferred 10 officers, including Meera Saxena.

Another senior officer Subir Hari Singh was transferred and posted as the Commissioner of Bangalore Metropolitan Regional Development Authority.

Singh will replace S M Jamadar, who is now posted as the Managing Director of Karnataka State Finance Corporation.

Names of the other IAS officers with their new postings

Kaushik Mukherjee - Principal Secretary, Forest, Ecology, and Environment Department.

Ramesh Zalki - Secretary, Kannada and Culture Department and additional charge as  Secretary, Labour Department.

Jayaram Raje Urs - Managing Director, Karnataka Public Lands Corporation Limited and additional charge as Executive Director, Suvarna Arogya Suraksha Trust.

G Kumar Naik - Secretary, Primary and Secondary Education.

N V Prasad - Additional Director, Food and Civil Supplies (holds concurrent charge as Commissioner of Food and Civil Supplies).

L V Nagarajan - Chairman, Karnataka State Finance Corporation (additional charge).

Rajeev Chawla - Special Secretary, Revenue (Bhoomi and Registration of Urban Properties).
