Holiday on Monday for Soudha Staff

 BENGALURU:The state government has declared a holiday on Monday for employees working in Vidhana Soudha and Vikasa Soudha in view of President Pranab Mukherjee’s visit.

The President will participate in the centenary year celebrations of the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) to be held at the Banquet Hall of Vidhana Soudha.

Sources said the decision to declare a holiday was taken as a precautionary measure in view of the President’s security.
