40.69 per cent SSLC students pass supplementary exam this year

This results is a decline compared to last year’s SSLC supplementary examination wherein 50.81 per cent of the students had passed.

BENGALURU: The supplementary exam results of the Secondary School Leaving certificate (SSLC) have been announced on Wednesday and 40.69 per cent of the total 2.08 lakh students who appeared for the examination have cleared the examination.However, this results is a decline compared to last year’s SSLC supplementary examination wherein 50.81 per cent of the students had passed.

The examination was held in June 2018 and the results will be available online on Thursday. The same will be available in the schools concerned on Friday, said an official release sent by Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB).The release said that Belagavi district, recording 65.56 per cent pass, has topped the Secondary School Leaving certificate supplementary exam results, while Yadgir with 12.22 per cent has the least pass percentage in the supplementary examination.
