KALADY: District Collector M Beena has stressed the need of organising national integration camps which would bring different culture and heritage of the country together.

Such camps would strengthen the bond of unity, said Beena who was the chief guest of the closing ceremony of the seven day National Integration Camp organised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.

The camp was held at the Sree Sarada Vidyalaya at Kalady. School principal Saroja Sahadevan inaugurated the camp.

The participants from 10 states conducted a Sadbhavana Yatra to motivate the schoolchildren to foster the spirit of national integration on Monday.
