HC seeks Government view on bail pleas

The Kerala High Court on Thursday sought the view of the state government on the bail pleas of five accused, including CPM Onchiyam area committee member K K Krishnan in the T P Chandrashekharan murder case.

Justice N K Balakrishnan issued the directive while considering the bail pleas of M K Raveendran alias Padayankandi Raveendran, K C Ramachandran, Sanoop, Shaji and Krishnan.

Krishnan and Ramachandran sought the bail in the case registered at the Chombala police station in connection with the murder conspiracy hatched against Chandrasekharan in 2009.
