Solar case accused Biju Radhakrishnan has put the Congress party in pressure by giving a statement against two ministers in a court here on Saturday.
He gave a statement that a central minister, a state minister and a former minister had financial and physical relationship with Saritha Nair, another key accused in the solar case.
Biju Radhakrishnan was produced in the court in connection with a fake driving licence case. Biju is the fourth accused in the case registered by Kuttippuram police and Saritha is the third accused.
The case was registered for producing fake driving licence as identity proof for getting registration for the solar company. It was around 10 am that Biju was produced in the court along with Mani Mon, a native of Kodungallur, who is the second accused in the case.
Biju informed the court that he wanted to reveal something before the court when Kuttippuram police requested the custody of Biju. The court recorded his statement as a written document. He informed the court that he was ready to produce evidence for that.
The court remanded Biju in police custody till Sunday evening. The prime accused in the case, Bashda, a native of Kuttippuram, is still absconding.
