Entries invited for best literary criticism work

The M P Paul Trust has invited entries for the best literary criticism work in Malayalam for its first M P Paul Award, comprising a cash prize of Rs 25,000 and a citation. Books published in the last 10 years can be submitted for the award. Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, M P Paul Trust chairman K V Thomas said readers could also recommend books for the award by sending three copies of the entry. The M P Paul Charitable Trust has also invited entries for the best dissertation works from postgraduate students who passed out in the year 2011, 2012 and 2013 in various topics, including Malayalam, History, Literature and Culture or any topic relevant to the social scenario of Kerala. The award consists of a cash prize of Rs 1,500.
