'Addicted to Life' Begins

Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on Wednesday launched ‘Addicted to Life’, a social media campaign being conducted by the Excise Department with the help of the Kerala State Beverages Corporation.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on Wednesday launched ‘Addicted to Life’, a social media campaign being conducted by the Excise Department with the help of the Kerala State Beverages Corporation.

Chandy inaugurated the project by ‘liking’ the ‘Addicted to Life’ Facebook page from his own official Facebook account. Through the campaign, the Excise Department hopes to reach out to the younger generation through social media.

As part of the event, short film and photography contests are also planned, Excise Minister K Babu said.

Excise Commissioner Anil Xavier and Easy Soft Technologies director Abdulla Manaf were also present.
