KOTTAYAM: The Rubber Board will organise a two-day training programme in rubber sheet processing and grading at the Rubber Training Institute here, on April 21 and 22. The fees for training will be `800 with 14 per cent service tax extra. However, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) communities will be given 50 per cent concession in fee on production of caste certificate. Members of Rubber Producers Societies (RPS) will also get 25 per cent concession in fee on production of membership certificate.
