KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Tuesday dismissed an appeal filed by KGS Aranmula International Airport Limited, challenging the order of a Single Judge directing the Pathanamthitta District Collector to restore the puramboku thodu on the land reclaimed for the proposed Aranmula airport.
The appeal was dismissed by a Division Bench comprising Justice Thottathil B Radhakrishnan and Justice Sunil Thomas.
