Kerala: Two DYFI activists attacked in Palakkad district

The incident comes a day after unidentified men hurled bombs at Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh office office at Kallachy which critically injured three workers.

PALAKKAD: Two Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) activists were attacked on Thursday night at Elappulli in Palakkad district of Kerala.

The incident took place on Thursday evening around 6 p.m.

Meanwhile, the DYFI workers Ratheesh and Yusuf are undergoing treatment in a private hospital. 

The Kerala Police have named three Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers in connection with the attack on the DYFI activists.

The incident comes a day after unidentified men hurled bombs at Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh office (RSS) office at Kallachy which critically injured three workers. A Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPM) office was also set on fire.
