Man charred to death inside burning car at Kerala's Pothencode

The Pothencode police, who said there was only one man in the vehicle, suspect him to have committed suicide.

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A man was charred to death inside a burning car on Thursday night at Vellanickal hilltop, Pothencode, near here. The vehicle was completely burned and body was yet to be identified, according to the police.

The Pothencode police, who said there was only one man in the vehicle, suspect him to have committed suicide. They think it to be the man who was running a rubber shop at Pothencode.

The police said the incident happened around 9 pm. They said the car was parked at the top of the hill for more than two hours before people saw it burning. Though they rushed to the spot, the vehicle was completely burned.
