BHUBANESWAR: THE KIITIAPT Anveshika Centre has been unveiled at the KIIT International School here.

President of Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT) Prof Satya Prakash inaugurated the centre. The inaugural meeting was attended by many reputed scientists and teachers of the country.

KIITIAPT Anveshika will be the fourth centre in India by IAPT aimed at fostering scientific and creative spirit among the students from the KG to PG levels through handon experiments carried out using the laboratory, workshop and other infrastructure which will be made available.

The centre is expected to cater to the needs of the entire State.

Prof US Khuswaha of Punjab University, Prof DP Roy of Homi Bhava Centre for Science Education and founder of the school Achyuta Samanta spoke on the occasion.
