BHUBANESWAR:Former Vice-Chancellor of Berhampur University Dr Radha Charan Das passed away here on Sunday. He was 91. He is survived by a son, three daughters and their families including grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A former Dean of Academics and Research of NCERT, Das had started his career in Physics. After getting his PhD from Cornell University, US, he moved over to the field of teacher profession.
A former Principal of Regional College of Education, Das held several senior positions in the education sector during his career and made significant contribution in regional, national and international circles.
