Girl allegedly gang-raped by six men in Odisha's Ganjam district

BHANJANAGAR:  A girl was allegedly gang-raped by six youths in Bhanjanagar in Ganjam district of Odisha on Monday.

The incident took place in the evening in a cashew forest at Gangapur, while the girl was going to Budhakendu Temple for prayers after her engagement with her fiancée.

Bhanjanagar Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) Utkal Das confirmed the detention of all the six accused.
