Odisha government transfers senior OAS officer Trilochan Mohanty out of Chief Minister’s Office

Mohanty has been posted as joint director of ROTI in Bhubaneswar, while Geetanjali Nayak gets additional charge in the IT department and Nibedita Biswal’s posting is revised.

BHUBANESWAR: Senior OAS officer Trilochan Mohanty was on Thursday transferred from the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) as the government effected a minor reshuffle in the administrative set up.

According to a notification issued by the General Administration department, Mohanty, who was joint secretary to the chief minister, has been transferred as joint director of ROTI (Revenue Officers’ Training Institute), Bhubaneswar.

Meanwhile, Geetanjali Nayak, additional secretary in the Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water department, has been given additional charge as additional secretary in the Electronics and Information Technology department.

Besides, the previous transfer of Nibedita Biswal, registrar of the Fakir Mohan University in Balasore, as additional secretary in the Labour and Employees’ State Insurance department has been cancelled. She has now been posted as additional secretary in the Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department.
