PUDUCHERRY: A 59-year-old French woman, Laouar Bordage Hamama, was killed after being hit by a car on the East Coast Road at Periyamudaliarchavady, under Kottakuppam police limits, on Wednesday.
Police said the woman, along with her husband Pierre Bordage, who were staying in New Sunlight Guest House, Periyamudaliarchavady, were walking on the road when she was hit from behind by the car coming to Puducherry from Chennai.
