Jailed AIADMK leader V K Sasikala was on Friday granted parole for five days by prison authorities in Karnataka to meet her ailing husband, who underwent a liver and kidney transplant at a Chennai hospital.
However, the Bengaluru prison authorities have imposed the following restrictions on prisoner number 9234 while she's out for five days between 7th October to 11th October:
1. During emergency parole, Sasikala is restricted only to visit the hospital (Gleneagles Global Hospital) where her husband Nataraj is admitted and stay at the residence which is mentioned in the parole application

2. Sasikala is not supposed to enetertain any visitors either at her residence or at the hospital.
3. Sasikala is not allowed to invoke in any political or any other public activities. She is not supposed to participate in any party activities either.
4. The AIADMK leader is not allowed to interact with any media personnel while she's out on her parole.
