CHENNAI: D Magesh Kumar, Joint Commissioner of Police, Chennai North (Traffic), has been placed under suspension following a sexual harassment complaint from a woman police constable.
According to sources, the woman police constable had lodged a complaint to the DGP Shankar Jiwal. The complaints were referred to an internal committee on sexual harassment. Based on the directive of the committee, Magesh Kumar has been placed under suspension.
