Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan was in the news sometime ago as Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan

congratulated the makers for having the film named after him.

After managing to please the audience and critics alike, the Malayalam film, produced by actor Dileep, will now be remade in Tamil.

We hear that Vadivelu and Sathyaraj are expected to be a part of this project. Nadirshah, who directed the original, will handle this project in Tamil as well.

A source told us, “Vishnu Unnikrishnan will reprise his role. The other cast members will be finalised soon. We’ll be shooting from July or August.” Dileep will be producing the Tamil version too. The film tells the story of not-so-handsome boy who dreams of becoming a renowned artiste.
