Two tracks from the Rajinikanth-Shankar magnum opus, 2.0, Endhira Logathu Sundariye and Rajali were launched on a grand scale at Dubai last month.

It’s now confirmed that the film will have a third song, to be released soon. Madhan Karky, who wrote the first two songs, took to Twitter and said, “There is a third song titled Pullinangaal which will be released very soon.”

Written by the late Na Muthukumar, the song is rumoured to be centred upon the love that human beings share for birds. With Akshay Kumar’s villain resembling a bird in the posters released so far, it’s expected that the song will be describing his character. The other two songs, Endhira Logathu Sundariye and Rajali, are speculated to be about Amy Jackson’s robot character and the Chitti character, respectively.

Scheduled to release next year, unconfirmed sources also state that the film will not be coming out on the planned release date in January 2018. Produced by Lyca Productions, AR Rahman has composed the music for 2.0.
