Last seen in suspense drama Kshanam, Adivi Sesh is gearing up for forthcoming release Ami Thumi, a screwball comedy from Mohan Krishna Indraganti. The project marks Sesh first tryst with full-length comedy, and he can’t stop gushing about it.

“I haven’t laughed so much on a film set as much I did shooting for this film. I genuinely enjoyed every minute on the sets,” Sesh told CE in a chat.

The film also stars Srinivas Avasarala and Vennela Kishore, popular for their comic roles. “It was so much fun working with them. I picked up comic skills from Srini and Kishore, and I know it will come handy in the future,” he said. On working with director Indraganti, Sesh said, “I really liked his working style.

When he approached me, he came with a full bound script and a character sketch. You don’t get to see such things in Telugu cinema.” The film, slated for release on Friday, also stars Eesha and Aditi Myakal.
