NEW DELHI: Sacked Delhi Social Welfare Minister Sandeep Kumar surrendered before the Deputy Commissioner of Police Vikramjeet Singh after a woman involved in a sex tape registered a rape complaint, accusing him of spiking her drink. The police had earlier stated that they do not take action against sexual activity in private places unless the woman involved complains to the cops. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, “If woman’s allegations are correct, this is very serious. Strongest exemplary punishment should be given to Sandeep."
