Manipur CM Biren Singh says sorry for the civil war-like situation in the north-eastern state since May 3, 2023. Over 250 people have been killed and more than 60,000 people have been displaced in the conflict between Christian-majority Kuki-zo and predominantly Hindu Meitei communities.
