Rajya Sabha polls were conducted for 15 seats in Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, and Himachal Pradesh on February 27. The election was held for four seats in Karnataka, 10 seats in Uttar Pradesh, and one seat in Himachal Pradesh. But the reports of rampant cross-voting emerged from across the three states on Tuesday.
