A man was shot dead on Monday following a dispute over parking in east Delhi’s Preet Vihar. The victim, Pankaj Nayyar and his brother, Paras got into an argument with Gaurav Sharma During the argument, Gaurav pulled out a pistol and shot Pankaj in the chest.
