Top Five PC Brands in India – Q3 2025

HP Inc. – 26.6% market share

HP continued to lead India’s overall PC market. It held the top position in both the consumer and commercial segments. In the commercial space, HP dominated with a 34.6% share, supported by strong demand from enterprise and SMB customers. However, its consumer segment fell 10.4% YoY, mainly due to rising competition in both premium and entry-level categories. HP is also in the middle of transitioning from its Pavilion line-up to the new OmniBook series, which has been slower to gain traction.

Lenovo – 18% market share

Lenovo maintained the second spot. Its consumer segment grew 14.3% YoY thanks to aggressive festive-season offers, discounts, and e-commerce promotions. The commercial segment also grew 14.5% YoY, driven by strong performance in the small office (SO) category, where Lenovo led the market with a remarkable 46.9% YoY growth.

Acer Group – 15% market share

Acer secured third place. Its consumer business grew through strong e-tail performance, especially in entry-level notebooks. Acer’s commercial segment also rose 4.1% YoY, and it led the commercial desktop market with a 33.1% share, boosted by large government and enterprise orders.

Dell Technologies – 14.6% market share

Dell ranked fourth. After a few tough quarters, the company improved its consumer performance, achieving a 10.3% share, supported by better channel push and lower starting inventory. Its commercial segment showed stable growth, rising 6.9% YoY due to healthy enterprise demand.

Asus – 10.2% market share

Asus held the fifth position with strong presence across both online and offline channels. It ranked second in the consumer segment with a 15.9% share, behind only HP. Asus also reported its best-ever commercial quarter, shipping over 64,000 units, driven mainly by strong demand from SMB customers.
