Malayalam actress molestation: Navy divers searching for Pulsar Suni’s mobile phone in backwaters

KOCHI: The Kerala Police with the help of Navy personnel are conducting an extensive search in the backwaters under the Goshree bridge 1  for the mobile phone used by Pulsar Suni to take the pictures of the sexual assault on a Malayalam film actress on February 17.

According to a police officer, five Navy divers are taking part in the search operation.

The search follows Pulsar Suni’s deposition to the police that he threw into the backwaters the mobile phone he used to capture compromising pictures of the actress in the early hours of February 18. Police took Pulsar Suni to the place, but later took him to Alappuzha for evidence collection.
