230 people in quarantine after mysterious illness claims 17 lives in J&K

Badhal village in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) was declared a containment zone on January 22. Around 230 people are quarantined in a govt facility in the Rajouri district after a mysterious illness has claimed 17 lives since December.
