4029 Iranians killed in nationwide anti-regime protests

The death toll in the Iranian protests demanding regime change rose to at least 4029 people. Over 26,000 people were detained in the anti-establishment protests. This included 3786 activists, 1809 security forces, 28 children, and 35 non-participants. Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's regime blamed the United States and Israel for the unrest. However, the Iranian officials have not confirmed the death toll so far.
