Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said Wednesday the JF-17 fighter aircraft has strengthened the country's defence, a media report said.

Sharif was addressing the rolling out ceremony of the 50th JF-17 Thunder aircraft at the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra, in Punjab province, Geo News reported.

He said Pakistan is formulating a new defence policy keeping in mind the ground realities.
